Meaghan is an E-RYT 500-hour yoga teacher, ACE certified group fitness instructor, Certified Holistic Health Counselor from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and Pace University graduate with a degree in International Marketing. She also works as a model and has been featured in various modeling work spanning the world from the billboards of Japan to Maxim magazine.
In 2005 Meaghan became Miss New York USA. She competed on a special edition Miss USA Fear Factor. She also held the title of Mrs. New York America in 2010. Her pageant career led to her deeper involvement in outreach, activism and advocacy. She believes in the power of girls and women to be the catalyst for change. In 2012 she started the non-profit organization One Girl. It’s mission is to teach girls to identify who they are and why they want to be, beyond the negative influences projected on girls and women from society, culture and the media.
